Working days times your daily hours, minus holidays, approved time off and unpaid days. You see right away how much is left.
Paid and unpaid time off
Point it at your Clockify time off projects. Paid time off counts toward the month; unpaid time off comes off the invoice and the goal.
Your Clockify calendar
Uses the holidays assigned to you in the workspace and your approved time off, with no hardcoded dates.
Editable descriptions
Rewrite what your client will read without touching Clockify. Edits are saved for the month.
Any currency and tax ID
USD, EUR, BRL and more. VAT, EIN, CNPJ or NIF: you name the tax ID on each side.
Multiple workspaces
Working for more than one client? Switch workspaces at the top and each keeps its own monthly settings.
Privacy
Your data never goes through our server.
The app runs in your browser. It talks straight to Clockify and builds the PDF right there. The server only delivers the pages and has no database of user data.
- No sign-up. No account, email or password on our side.
- Stored locally. Your key, company, client and bank details live in this browser's storage.
- Optional password. Turn on a local password and everything is encrypted with AES-256. Without it, nobody can open the content, not even us.
- Enforced by policy. The page has a security policy (CSP) that only allows connections to this site and to Clockify.
- No tracking. No analytics, ad cookies or third-party fonts.

Questions
Before you paste your key.
Do I need an account?
No. You just paste your Clockify API key. There's no sign-up, email or password on our side.
Can you see my API key or bank details?
No. Everything stays in your browser's storage. Requests go straight to Clockify and the PDF is generated in the browser.
Is this an official Clockify add-on?
No. It's an independent tool that uses Clockify's public API with your key.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It's an Alva Tecnologia project, free for anyone to use.
How is time off handled?
Hours in your paid time off project count toward the month. Hours in your unpaid time off project lower the goal and stay off the invoice. You choose the project names and can deduct Clockify holidays and approved time off from the goal.
What if I switch computers?
Download a backup under "Privacy & backup" and restore it in the other browser. With a local password on, the file is already encrypted.
